Kevin and Joseph from Sir Grout did excellent work on our kitchen floor and both full baths in our home. Deep cleaning removed mold/mildew and red clay stains from our water here in Henrico. The marble floor that Kevin buffed looks gorgeous again and removed stains we thought were permanent. Perfect re-caulking and truly a clean finish on every aspect. I was hesitant about the color seal, but if the color is slightly different than before it doesn't matter because it looks like new. Full instructions were given on how to maintain the beauty and to apply their cleaner. If you think you need to tear down a bathroom give this team a call first.
I can't say enough good about this company! I had been trying to find someone to repair the marble in my bathroom (I had spilled CLR on it) for two years. I saw an ad for Sir Grout and they came out and got me scheduled quickly. Kelly restored the marble to new condition, cleaned and regrouted the tile in my sunroom (my great dane had slobbered all over it) and regrouted all of the bathrooms and kitchen. I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend them.
I am thrilled with the job Kevin and Kelly did restoring my marble countertops and mud room grout. Wine had dropped and left terrible etch marks on my butler's pantry countertop and years of wear and tear left our bathroom countertops in bad shape. Kelly completely restored them to look like new. Floor grout looks 100% better, and Kevin and his team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our kitchen floors are 22-year-old tiles. Tile still looks great, but the grout was stained and tired.
